A plastic product has just come out of the machine and is almost ready, but not quite yet. You take the product, neatly finish the edges, check the quality, and ensure that every detail is correct before it can proceed. As a Finisher, you are the one who turns a produced part into a neatly finished end product. Do you enjoy working with your hands and have an eye for quality? Then this position is for you.
This manufacturing company operates in an environment where collaboration, meticulousness, and a practical approach are central. Success here is seen as something achieved together: through good communication, taking responsibility, and helping each other when needed. On the shop floor, this is reflected in the way colleagues work together to ensure the production process runs smoothly and safely.
In addition, there is a strong focus on quality, people, and the environment. Work is done meticulously, with attention to detail and respect for colleagues, customers, and the world around the company. The approach is clear: think in terms of solutions, take action, and keep improving. Within the production department, this means that everyone contributes to a smooth process and a final product that the company can be proud of.
As a Finisher, you will work with various plastic products that come out of the machine. You ensure that these products are neatly finished and meet the correct quality standards. This includes deburring edges, flaming products, and performing various finishing tasks.
Because each product is different, your work varies per assignment. For one product, you drill holes; for another, you attach a rope or paint a part of the product. This makes the work varied and ensures that you don\'t do the same thing all day. During finishing, you always check if the product looks good and meets the requirements. This way, you play an important role in the final step of the production process.
You mainly work in 2 shifts. Sometimes it may happen that you work in one shift. This is always discussed with you and the company in advance, so you know what to expect.
