Job summary

TenneT TSO GmbH; Arnhem-based role with hybrid working across regional offices and project locations, focusing on information security for OT environments and onshore infrastructure. You will support the ISMS development and ensure security requirements across tenders and projects.

Applicants should hold an HBO degree in a relevant field, with several years of information-security experience, preferably in OT. Dutch and English at B2 level, a driving licence B, and AIVD-B screening are required.

Qualifications

• Shown several years of demonstrable information-security experience.
• Preferably in OT environments / large projects.
• Knowledge of or willingness to master IEC62443 and ISO27001.
• Dutch and English fluency (Dutch full command; English minimum B2).
• A driving licence B is required.
• AIVD-B screening is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Information Security Policy (ISMS).
• Translate laws and regulations into practical security frameworks.
• Conduct cyber and physical security risk assessments.
• Guide internal stakeholders and suppliers on security compliance.
• Contribute security requirements to tenders and projects.
• Participate in negotiations and design processes.
• Support IEC62443 risk assessments and audits.
