Job summary

Accenture's OT Security practice protects critical infrastructure and industrial environments from cyber threats across Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, and Defense. We're looking for an OT Cyber Security Consultant to deliver technical security solutions and perform assessments.

You'll work on high-profile projects with Critical National Infrastructure clients, helping them secure SCADA systems, DCS environments, and industrial networks.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of cybersecurity with OT/ICS exposure.
• Knowledge of OT security frameworks and standards (IEC 62443, NIST CSF, ISA/IEC 62443).
• Familiarity with OT-specific regulations (NIS, NIS2, CAF, CRA).
• Understanding of OT threat landscape and industrial attack vectors.
• Ability to work with waterfall and agile methodologies across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills in English and Dutch with ability to engage technical and operational stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel across the Netherlands as projects require.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT security assessments, readiness evaluations, and discovery workshops in industrial environments.
• Analyze ICS architecture and identify OT vulnerabilities; propose mitigations.
• Deploy OT security controls balancing security with operational continuity.
• Develop OT security documentation and assurance plans; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Engage with operations, engineers, and management to translate OT risks into business impacts.
