Job summary

Quintall is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our state-of-the-art production facility in the Netherlands. You will keep machinery and production equipment running at peak performance, perform maintenance and repairs, and troubleshoot technical malfunctions.

You will work in a 5-shift rotation, apply your knowledge of Siemens PLC systems and robot controls, and contribute ideas for process improvements. Excellent English communication and a proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• MBO Level 3 qualification in Mechatronics or related field.
• Experience with Siemens PLC systems and robot controls.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift rotation.
• Stress-resistant with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Genuine interest in technology and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on production line and related machinery.
• Advise on repair solutions and maintenance improvements.
• Independently troubleshoot and resolve technical breakdowns.
• Ensure proper handover of information to colleagues.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and creative technical solutions.
