Talland College is seeking an Internal Whistleblower to serve as a low-threshold, independent advisor for all employees across locations. You will listen to concerns, clarify options, and support decision-making without taking control.

Responsibilities include identifying trends from anonymized data, coordinating with Trust Officers, and advising policy on social safety issues. A Privacy Officer background and HBO-level expertise are preferred.

Formación

• HBO level of work and knowledge is required.
• Completed training or certification as a Privacy Officer is preferred or required.
• Experience in social safety and handling unwanted behavior is essential.
• Experience as a confidant within a complex organization is advantageous.
• Must be independent in judgment and actions.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as an independent point of contact for all employees on social safety and related concerns.
• Listen, provide space for story, and discuss options and next steps with employees.
• Refer employees to appropriate support when necessary, without taking control of their decisions.
• Identify patterns and developments from anonymized information to advise the organization.
• Coordinate with trust network and report on signals and developments.
