Job summary

Thekeepers in Ossendrecht is seeking an Independent Chef to run pizzas and other Italian dishes in a busy kitchen. You’ll join a close-knit team, share responsibilities and learn as you grow, with shifts across 11:00 to 21:00/22:00 and a 4-day work week.

English-speaking environment, opportunities to work at different restaurants within the organisation, and a strong focus on teamwork and reliability are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen and ability to work in a busy environment.
• Pizza-making experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Motivated, eager to learn and ready to take on responsibility in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas using ready-made dough balls.
• Cook and prepare other dishes from the menu.
• Take responsibility for your own section during service.
• Work closely with the rest of the kitchen team.
• Help colleagues when another section gets busy.
• Keep your workplace organized and ready for service.
• Occasionally work at another restaurant within the organisation if open to this.
