Leonardo Hotel IJmuiden Seaport Beach is seeking an Independent Chef to lead creative kitchen operations in a welcoming environment where quality and creativity are at the heart of everything we do. You will prepare high-quality dishes from a variety of world cuisines and ensure our guests enjoy a memorable dining experience.

You will work across multiple kitchen sections, bring fresh ideas, and energize the team.

Leonardo Hotel IJmuiden Seaport Beach features 146 hotel rooms and suites, including family rooms and luxurious Wellness Suites. Our rooms are bright and spacious, with wooden accents and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Most hotel rooms and suites have a balcony with views of the Kennemermeer or the marina.

Our hotel is pet‑friendly; guests who wish to bring their four‑legged friends are very welcome. However, pets are not allowed in our restaurant or Wellness Suites. After a full day outdoors, you can relax in our fitness room, sauna, and Turkish steam bath. Environmentally conscious guests will be pleased to know that Leonardo Hotel IJmuiden Seaport Beach participates in the Green Key program, which monitors and reduces the hotel’s environmental impact.
