Mars is creating a Centre of Excellence to drive a human-centric digital planning transformation across Europe. The Process Steward will ensure standardized processes in the chocolate and gum business and lead continuous improvement initiatives for the planning teams.

Responsibilities include building dashboards, coordinating with planners and supply chains, and promoting digital collaboration across regions while leveraging SAP ERP, E2Open and Kinaxis tools.

Qualifications

• Education in supply chain or engineering with strong analytical capability.
• Experience in supply chain management and planning for global or multi-plant environment.
• Familiarity with APS tools (SAP ERP, Kinaxis/E2Open) and data-driven improvements.

Responsabilités

• Maintain practical implication of strategic SC design.
• Benchmark performance and compare against target operating model and best practice.
• Create dashboards to provide insights on performance and progress for teams and senior decision takers.
• Identify gaps in current understanding, alignment and collaboration.
• Initiate and lead key projects to drive continuous improvement; SCRUM support is a bonus.
