Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates seeks a Front-End Developer / Business Analyst to blend UI/UX design with analytics, building digital tools and dashboards that empower planning decisions across the Europe Supply Chain Center of Excellence.

You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers and business stakeholders in an Agile environment, translating complex supply chain challenges into user-centric solutions and driving continuous improvement for service levels, cost, and working

Qualifications

• Translate complex supply chain challenges into clear technical requirements and user stories.
• Model data and design actionable dashboards with Power BI and Fabric.
• Hands-on front-end development using React and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and analysts in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop & Maintain Analytics Solutions: Build, optimize, and maintain responsive front-end applications and interactive Power BI dashboards.
• Lead UI/UX & Design Thinking: Facilitate design sessions, gather business requirements, and create intuitive wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Collaborate & Deliver via Agile: Partner closely with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Business Analysts, while directing external delivery partners within an Agile/Scrum framework.
• Continuous Improvement: Translate complex planning workflows into automated, trusted, and user-centric digital products.
