Job summary

vidaXL is seeking a Visual Merchandiser & Store Employee in Tilburg to create an inspiring in-store experience and translate our online brand to physical displays. You will focus on visual merchandising and support store operations, ensuring displays are on-brand, safe, and optimized for conversion.

You have 3–5 years in retail visual merchandising, strong interior design sense, hands-on shop-floor mindset, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in visual merchandising in retail (preferably furniture or home & living).
Good understanding of interior design trends and commercial retail principles.
Hands-on mentality and willingness to work on the shop floor.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic retail environment.
Basic digital skills (guidelines, reporting, photo documentation).
Fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain inspiring furniture and home décor displays aligned with vidaXL brand guidelines.
Optimize product placement, room sets, and store layout to improve customer flow and sales.
Execute seasonal campaigns and promotional changes according to the commercial calendar.
Maintain high visual standards through daily floor checks and continuous improvements.
Ensure correct signage, lighting, and overall presentation quality across the store.
Work closely with store and stock teams to ensure displays are complete and products are available.
Ensure all displays are safe, stable, and compliant with health & safety standards.
Assist customers with product information and purchasing decisions.
Help with stock handling, replenishment, and general store readiness.
