Job summary

Zero Motorcycles is seeking an embedded Legal Counsel – Data & Technology to partner across the organization, focusing on data, privacy, and technology for connected motorcycles and digital services.

You will help strengthen privacy governance, enable privacy-by-design, and drive practical legal support globally, with ownership across multiple domains including IP, product, and commercial matters.

Qualifications

• Genuine depth in data and privacy for connected products and digital services.
• Privacy-by-design mindset with ability to translate requirements into practical decisions.
• Professional fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key legal partner on data and privacy for connected products and digital services.
• Advise on data compliance, DPAs and data-sharing arrangements.
• Support privacy-by-design and embed privacy thinking early in development.
• Lead interactions with regulatory and supervisory authorities on data protection.
• Build scalable guidance and contribute to LegalOps at Zero Motorcycles.
