Job summary

Jan Zandbergen Group is seeking an import/export officer to join our Customs, Import and Export (CIE) team in the Netherlands. You will handle administrative tasks for importing and exporting our products, coordinating with international suppliers and shipping lines, and ensuring records are complete from order to invoicing.

You should have an MBO+ level, experience in import/export, and be fluent in Dutch or English.

Qualifications

• Experience with import/export processes and documentation.
• Strong administrative and record-keeping capabilities.
• Fluency in Dutch or English with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative processes for import and export with the team.
• Liaise with international suppliers and shipping lines for sea freight.
• Oversee supplier portfolio from order placement to receipt of goods and invoicing.
• Act as a point of contact for status updates across departments.
