Job summary

Panda International in Breda seeks an Import/Export Associate for end-to-end order-to-invoice activities within a GMP/GDP regulated setting. You will coordinate shipments to affiliates, distributors and manufacturing sites, ensuring timely import/export execution.

The role requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s with 2 years in Supply Chain, strong English, and excellent communication. Hybrid work: 2–3 days onsite in Breda; 1 year contract with advancement potential.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a supply chain field with 2 years of GMP/GDP regulated industry experience.
• Strong ability to multitask in an international, diverse team.
• Advanced computer skills and familiarity with enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Ensures distribution of pharmaceutical product globally.
• Processing of supply orders on a daily basis.
• Handling of export- and import documentation.
• Booking and monitoring of shipments and pro-actively respond to potential issues.
• Handle and resolve service and transport issues.
• Coordinate and execute return processes.
• Partner with third party logistics suppliers and other supply chain members.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers (affiliates, distributors, etc).
• Represent the team in cross functional project teams.
• Identify process improvements.
• Provide input for periodic KPIs.
• Ensure knowledge of GMP/GDP and related training is up to date.
• Continually reviews Order-to-Cash policies and procedures and recommends improvements.
• Share responsibility with Corporate Planning, Distribution and Quality for disaster recovery plans.

I am looking for an Import, Export Associate for my biotech client from Breda.

Accountabilities

• Ensure reliable and efficient execution of Order-to-Invoice activities for To-the-Market Supply, including import/ export
• Own end-to-end shipments coordination to internal (e.g. affiliates, manufacturing sites) and external (e.g. distributors) customers

• Identify process improvements
• Provide input for the periodic KPIs
• Ensure knowledge of GMP/GDP and job related training is up to date
• Continually reviews Order-to-Cash policies and procedures and recommends opportunities to improve operations.
• Shares responsibility with Corporate Planning, Distribution and Quality for executing disaster recovery plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree & 2 years of Supply Chain experience in a GMP and/or GDP regulated industry
• Ability to multi task and work within diverse, international group of people
• Affinity with computer work
• Advanced communication skills
• Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication

Preferred Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in Customer Service department

Practicalities:

• Location: Breda
• Hybrid function: 2-3 days onsite are required
• Compensation between 48 264 - 50 811 EUR gross/year (including the holiday allowance and the 13th month)
• Travel allowance of 0,29 EUR per km (max 70 km)
• 1 year contract with a high possibility of extension.
• Referral bonus: €250 if you recommend a person and he will get placed.
