Qualifications

• Experience with functional application management, preferably in the Social Domain.
• Knowledge or experience with Suites for Social Domain (Work & Income) and/or CAReL is a plus.
• Experience with data and registry management and monitoring data quality.
• Ability to analyze incidents, draft test plans and execute acceptance testing.
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude toward end users and suppliers.
• Ability to translate user requests into functional specifications and possible solutions.
• Proactive, analytical mindset and ability to operate in a multidisciplinary team.
• Awareness of and experience with testing systems against security and privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize application suites for the Social Domain, especially Work & Income, and CAReL for Learning and Education.
• Ensure data quality within core registries and data structures.
• Analyze and resolve incidents and functional issues.
• Translate user wishes into feasible technical/functional solutions.
• Instruct and support users in using and adapting to changes and problem solving.
• Maintain application documentation and test plans; facilitate user acceptance testing.
• Serve as intermediary between suppliers and user groups for improvements and changes.
• Identify developments in information systems and propose functional enhancements and modernization.
• Monitor systems for compliance with security policies and privacy requirements.
