Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program for 6-12 months.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical way of working.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team.
• Interest in impact investing, financial inclusion and sustainable development.
• Willing to support operations, communications, and market development.
• Experience or interest in creating photos and videos for social media.
• Experience with Wordpress is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support content creation for website, social media, newsletters, and other materials.
• Assist in developing marketing materials, presentations, reports, and conference collateral.
• Maintain and update digital channels to ensure accurate content.
• Plan and execute events, conferences, webinars, and stakeholder activities.
• Contribute to social media planning, monitoring and analytics.
• Assist with market research, competitor benchmarking, and visibility tracking.
• Collaborate across IRBD and other departments to gather stories and updates.
• Support branding and corporate identity via templates and brand assets.
