NatWest Markets N.V. in Amsterdam is offering a Communications & Marketing internship for six months.

Join a purpose-led financial organisation and support regional campaigns, content creation, and events across Western Europe. You will learn daily in an international environment, work with the marketing and communications teams, and gain hands-on experience through coaching and online trainings while delivering internal and external content.

Qualifications

• Must hold a study agreement with a Dutch university or business school.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of multiple communications channels and formats.
• Good organisation and project management skills.
• Collaborative mindset and relationship-building abilities.
• Enthusiastic, resourceful can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of regional communications and marketing plans, campaigns and activities across the full marketing and communications spectrum.
• Create impactful content related to our marketing proposition and purpose for internal and external audiences (digital and offline, social media assets).
• Support event management for online and face-to-face customer events and internal town halls in the region.
• Support day-to-day activities, administration and ad hoc requests for the Communications and Marketing function for Western Europe.
• Complete all relevant E-learning modules.
• Display risk practices and behaviours as part of a robust governance framework.
• Ensure adherence to governance and sign-offs and report/risk mitigation within defined risk appetite.
