Job summary

The Carbon Trust is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven professional to deepen partnerships with philanthropy and mission-aligned organisations. Based across multiple offices globally, you will work with experts across regional teams to scale impact by turning Sector Visions into fundable programmes and securing grant funding.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, influencing and relationship development skills across foundations, government, business and philanthropy.
• Proactive development of new propositions, collaborations and relationships.
• Strong existing network with philanthropic foundations and organisations.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to lead workshops and write high-quality proposals and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration with three global practice areas to turn Sector Visions into fundable programmes.
• Oversee end-to-end programme design from experts through to grants from funders.
• Identify and engage partners with complementary skills and presence in target geographies.
• Coordinate multi-stakeholder events to build buy-in across key stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver engagement plans with philanthropic funders and regional funders.
• Strengthen account management of philanthropic foundations across the Carbon Trust.
