Job summary

Huisman is seeking a Tender and Concepts Engineer to join our global team. You will develop concepts and tender designs for our equipment, collaborating with multiple departments to ensure feasible, high‑quality solutions and strong client value.

You bring a Master or Bachelor in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, a practical mindset, and strong Dutch and English skills. The role involves project planning, design iterations, and occasional client visits, with opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Master's in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering preferred.
• 3 years experience preferred; open to learn.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in a project-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Discuss client requirements and translate into concept designs and specifications.
• Create winning innovative designs.
• Oversee costings to keep designs within budget.
• Draw up tender documents with Legal, Project Management and Supply Chain.
• Visit clients with senior engineers and regional Sales Managers.
