Return, a leading European energy storage company headquartered in Amsterdam, seeks a Senior IFRS Specialist to lead the transition from Dutch GAAP to IFRS across the Return Group. You will own the technical and practical implementation, ensuring a structured and well-governed process with close collaboration across Finance and external auditors.

Formación

• 8+ years in financial reporting or technical accounting.
• Strong IFRS expertise, including group accounting policies and consolidation.
• Experience with IFRS implementations or GAAP conversions in international multi-entity environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to drive deliverables.
• Hands-on, analytical approach translating complex accounting into practical reporting.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IFRS gap analysis between Dutch GAAP and IFRS; define transition implications.
• Develop Group IFRS accounting policies and technical position papers.
• Design and implement IFRS reporting and consolidation processes across the entity group.
• Own the IFRS transition plan and monitor milestones and risks.
• Coordinate with local finance teams and external auditors during the transition.
• Provide knowledge transfer and enable ongoing IFRS reporting.
