Greenteamseurope seeks an engineering intern to optimise PV and BESS projects through process improvements and standardisation. You will map bottlenecks, document SOPs, and define KPIs while collaborating with operations, technicians and project teams.

Qualifications

• Studying HBO Industrial Engineering & Management, Logistics or a similar field.
• Structure-oriented and genuinely interested in processes.
• Independent, proactive and inquisitive.

Responsibilities

• Map processes, analyse bottlenecks and work out improvements (Lean/PDCA).
• Standardise: set up and document SOPs and work instructions.
• Define KPIs and dashboards for lead time, quality and cost.
• Work with operations, technicians and project teams.
