Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting seeks a Core Services Technical Lead to own identity and Enterprise Command Centre initiatives within a fixed-term engagement in Utrecht, Netherlands. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate with distributed teams, and ensure platform resiliency and scalable design.

You will lead governance, maintain detailed plans and RAID logs, identify risks, and align stakeholders to deliver complex transformations on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Strong background in identity management and enterprise command centre initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end delivery for complex transformations.
• Experience managing roadmaps, governance, and financial controls across workstreams.
• Oversee scoping, planning, requirements, testing, deployment and transition.
• Maintain detailed plans, RAID logs, and progress reporting.
