As an ICT Technician with our client, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing automated systems, mechanical installations, and robots within a dynamic warehouse or production environment. You will work with complex equipment that is essential for ensuring smooth logistics operations.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Installing, testing, and repairing advanced production systems.
- Performing planned and preventive maintenance on mechatronic systems.
- Analyzing and resolving malfunctions in large-scale installations.
- Collaborating with operators to identify technical issues in a timely manner.
- Preparing work plans for emergency repairs on critical assets.
- Reporting findings and improvement proposals.
You will work according to established procedures and under the guidance of experienced colleagues.

Within our Engineering & Technical Services / Material Handling division, we support major clients in ensuring the optimal performance of their automated logistics processes. As an ICT Technician, you will join an innovative environment where technology, safety, and collaboration are central.
Who are you?
We are looking for a proactive and eager-to-learn technician who has:
- A completed MBO-level diploma (preferably in ICT, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 1–2 years of work experience with automated conveyor systems, material handling equipment, or industrial installations.
- The ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Basic knowledge of mathematical calculations (percentages, ratios, etc.).
- Good communication skills (in English or Dutch) and a hands-on mindset.
- Physical fitness: able to walk stairs/ladders, lift, and stand for long periods (lifting up to 23 kg is not an issue).
- A driving license and your own car.
- Residence in the Groningen, Delfzijl, or Appingedam area.
