Job summary

Brivo is seeking a Full Stack IAM Developer in Amsterdam to evolve our identity ecosystem using Java and Python. You will work with AI-assisted tools to deliver secure, high-performance features within a forward-thinking team dedicated to innovation and scalable security.

You will oversee identity lifecycle management, integrate IDaaS platforms like Auth0, Okta, and Ping, and collaborate across functions to meet business needs while following Agile practices for iterative delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in full‑stack development with Java and Python.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude) to boost velocity and quality.
• Deep expertise in Auth0 ecosystems, cloud-native IAM, and API-first design.
• Strong cryptography and data protection knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack IAM solutions using Java and Python.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate coding, testing, and debugging workflows.
• Maintain and scale core identity architecture with Auth0 as the primary platform.
• Implement IDaaS solutions like Auth0, Okta, Microsoft, OneLogin, FusionAuth, and Ping.
• Oversee identity lifecycle management, including provisioning and RBAC.
• Ensure encryption and data protection standards meet global regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor identity solutions.
• Troubleshoot identity-related issues for optimal performance.
• Mentor junior team members and promote learning.
• Participate in Agile development practices including sprint planning and standups.

Requirements

• Advanced understanding of the modern identity lifecycle, implementing secure-by-design practices to safeguard user data and streamline access management.
• Solid foundation in modern cryptography and data protection standards, ensuring all solutions are resilient against evolving security threats.
