Job summary

10x Team is seeking a Freelance IAM Consultant – AI Trainer to help shape how AI understands identity management. This remote, project-based role offers 8–20 hours per week for candidates based in the EU or UK, with flexible schedules and asynchronous collaboration.

You will review AI outputs related to identity governance, access provisioning, and authentication frameworks, develop real-world IAM scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve AI recommendations while aligning with GDPR

Qualifications

• Experienced IAM consultant with a solid background in identity and access management.
• Based in the EU or UK.
• In-depth understanding of access control models, authentication, identity governance, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to deliver structured feedback.
• Available 8–20 hours per week and comfortable working remotely and asynchronously.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs for identity governance, access provisioning, and authentication frameworks.
• Assess the accuracy and practicality of AI-driven recommendations on access management, RBAC, and compliance.
• Develop real-world IAM case studies and scenarios from your IAM experience.
• Create scenario variations covering identity lifecycle management, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation.
• Identify and explain gaps or risks in AI recommendations, providing structured, actionable feedback.
• Influence how AI systems interpret IAM best practices and security standards.
