Job summary

Catawiki is seeking a Trainee/Paralegal to join its legal team for a six-month traineeship. You will support international business growth and a wide range of legal projects across commercial, compliance, privacy, corporate law, ESG, and AI.

It’s a hands-on role requiring teamwork, discretion and practical judgment, with a hybrid Amsterdam office schedule (two days per week). You will work closely with legal counsels, draft memos, review standard agreements, and help build the Knowledge Hub

Qualifications

• Tech savvy with aptitude for legal documents and tools.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Dutch language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support legal operations and manage the case management system.
• Assist in contract management and NDA/review processes.
• Draft internal memos on legal, regulatory or compliance topics.
• Monitor and report on legal dashboards and queries from other departments.
• Coordinate timely signing, apostille and notarization of documents.
