Job summary

Booking.com is seeking a Security Product Manager within Enterprise Security to lead customer-centric innovation across internal security products, with a focus on vulnerability management. You will collect data, define product directions, test hypotheses, and build scalable capabilities addressing long-term security needs.

You will align stakeholders, manage backlogs and roadmaps, remove blockers, and deliver high-quality outcomes on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience and Specialized Diploma (Relevant certifications)
• Experience in product management and related roles with delivery of products/tech capabilities
• Experience working with technical teams and translating user needs into product direction and priorities
• Customer-focused and outcome-oriented approach to product management
• Strong skills in discovery, prioritisation, roadmap development, delivery and stakeholder management
• Good understanding of security principles and challenges in managing technology risk
• Experience in vulnerability management, infrastructure security, application security, security operations or related area
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for varied audiences
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Develop a clear product vision and roadmap for security products and capabilities
• Build relationships with users and understand platform requirements for scaling services
• Turn complex problems into focused priorities and actionable plans
• Collaborate with Engineering to deliver reliable, scalable security solutions
• Prioritise backlogs and manage dependencies with clear progress reporting
• Collect and translate user feedback into hypotheses and improvements
• Drive automation and continuous improvement across security products and processes
• Contribute to a consistent, user-centered approach to product development
