Job summary

Creative Clicks is seeking a QA Engineer to own quality across web funnels, mobile app and payments, ensuring release readiness and avoiding checkout issues.

You will collaborate with backend, frontend and Flutter teams, build automated tests with AI-assisted tooling, and gradually shift from manual checks to automation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of QA or test engineering for web and/or mobile products.
• Experience building automated UI tests with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience testing mobile apps (Flutter) and web apps in browsers and in-app browsers.
• Comfortable working with APIs and verifying behavior through data (REST/GraphQL).
• Strong bug reporting with clear steps, severity, and root cause analysis.
• Experience in cross-functional teams with frequent releases.
• Professional English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own release QA: create test plans and regression suites and decide on go/no-go for releases.
• Validate critical end-to-end flows: onboarding, checkout, payments, subscriptions.
• Reproduce and document bugs; coordinate fixes with engineering and verify resolutions.
• Grow automation coverage and reduce manual checks.
• Classify bug severity and manage escalation within QA scope.
• Document QA processes and playbooks in Confluence to scale practices.
• Use AI-enabled tooling to accelerate test coverage and scripting.
