Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Zaandam is seeking a Project Engineer to drive operational improvement projects within the warehouse and lead implementations for new customers. You will collaborate with engineers and colleagues to optimize layout, analyze data, and support decision making for automation and efficiency.

The role requires strong English, 3+ years in logistics, and experience with WMS/ERP systems, MS Excel, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Minimum HBO (applied sciences) level.
• At least 3 years of relevant logistics experience.
• Experience with project-based work and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify changes by analyzing existing processes, procedures and systems.
• Coordinate a partial implementation or improvement project.
• Develop models for capacity, productivity, throughput, and other operational metrics.
• Advise stakeholders and manage projects including budgets and timelines.
• Report and administer project tasks within the Operational Excellence group.
