Job summary

Belkin in Amsterdam, Netherlands, is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing professional to support paid search across eCommerce platforms and drive ROI. You’ll collaborate with product, sales, and content teams, optimize campaigns, and report on weekly KPIs to fuel growth.

With 1–2 years in PPC or search ads, you’ll analyze data using Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Excel, and you’ll enjoy a hybrid, full-time role with a competitive salary, pension, and 25 days holiday.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of performance marketing, including conversion, attribution, and online customer acquisition.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Google Analytics, Stackline, SEMrush, and PowerBI, and a power-user of Excel.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.

Responsibilities

• Support performance marketing activities across retail media programs and optimize content for SEO to drive traffic, build brand awareness, and increase sales revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on a regional and global level.
• Travel occasionally across EMEA to support international initiatives.
