Future House Music in Rotterdam is seeking a Release & Marketing Coordinator to manage multi-label campaigns from planning to live release. You’ll coordinate with artists, plan assets, and keep timelines tight while crafting engaging DSP pitches and promotional campaigns.

You’ll collaborate with a close-knit team during major events like ADE, monitor performance, and optimize promotions with data-driven insights. Fluency in English is essential; Dutch is a plus.

Competenze

• Experience in music marketing, label operations or artist services is a plus.
• You are highly organised with a knack for timelines, assets, and communication.
• Ability to analyse data and report results to artists and team.

Mansioni

• Release Coordination from planning to release day and beyond, including calls with artists and asset collection.
• Report release results and seek new promo opportunities and affiliate partnerships.
• Pitch releases to Spotify, Apple Music, Beatport, and other DSPs and maintain pitching overview.
• Set up Spotify promo, influencer, blog and radio campaigns and write release bios.
• Plan livestream schedules and coordinate streams with A&R.
• Keep budgets, newsletters and campaign assets in order.
