Dekmantel is seeking a Content & Community Manager to craft stories around the brand across festivals, label, and artists. You’ll publish content on social media and on our website, working with designers, photographers, and external partners, while tracking performance and balancing commercial and creative directions.

You’ll coordinate with the media team during festivals and help build online and offline communities, translating Dekmantel’s identity into engaging content in Dutch and English.

Formación

• Translate Dekmantel’s identity into social media content.
• Proven work experience in content creation within the creative industry.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong planning, organizing and overview maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of thinking and working.
• Expert with Creative software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.

• Available full-time around festival periods.

Job description and activities

As a Content Manager, you work closely with the marketing and program teams on strategy and creative communication. You build stories around the core pillars of the brand, from the festivals to the label, as well as artists, performers, and creators, while continuously exploring new formats to bring these to life.

You are responsible for creating and publishing content on social media and our website. In doing so, you collaborate directly with the team and external partners such as designers, artists, and agencies. In addition to publishing content, you are also responsible for monitoring performance. You analyze reach and engagement, ensuring a strong balance between the commercial and creative direction of our platform.

During our festivals, you work closely with the media team and coordinate photographers, videographers, writers, and other content creators.

• You’re passionate about photo and video content that brings the music to life;
• You have a sharp eye for developments in the festival and dance industry and a strong affinity for electronic music in the broadest sense of the word;
• You have ideas about both online and offline community building;
• You are a constructive sparring partner with a positive, enthusiastic, can-do mentality;
• You know what it takes to create a strong social media plan and effectively translate it across different channels and communities;
• In addition to your creative ideas, you excel at meeting deadlines and have a keen eye for detail;

Requirements

• You are able to translate Dekmantel’s identity and communication objectives into social media content;
• Proven work experience in content creation within the creative industry;
• You are comfortable with both writing and speaking in Dutch and English;
• You work accurately and are strong in planning, organizing, and maintaining overview;
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of thinking and working;
• Expert with creative software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro;
• Experience with CMS and CRM systems;
• You are available full-time around our festival periods;
