Job summary

Armada Music seeks a Streaming Manager to own streaming campaigns and DSP relationships, driving commercial success for its artists and catalogue across digital platforms. Reporting to the VP Marketing & Digital Commerce, you will combine strategic planning with hands-on execution, identifying opportunities, setting priorities and turning data-driven insights into effective campaigns.

• Requires an HBO-level degree or higher.
• At least 2 years of experience in streaming, digital commerce or DSP account management in the music industry.
• Independent DSP relationship management and successful streaming campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of streaming and a passion for dance/electronic music.
• Analytical with ability to present actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Willing to represent Armada at industry events.

• Build strong DSP relationships, lead partner meetings and identify opportunities for collaboration.
• Secure editorial and promotional support through compelling pitches and consistent follow-up.
• Manage the streaming campaign calendar and coordinate priorities with Marketing and A&R.
• Align in-house playlist activity with release and catalogue priorities.
• Analyse streaming performance to identify growth opportunities and optimise campaigns.
• Monitor platform developments and identify new commercial opportunities.
• Report on campaign results and recommend next steps to key stakeholders.
• Improve pitching processes and workflows to increase efficiency and campaign impact.

Reporting to the VP Marketing & Digital Commerce, you will combine strategic planning with hands-on execution, identifying opportunities, setting priorities and turning data-driven insights into effective campaigns.

Among other things, you will:

• Develop tailored DSP pitching and promotional plans for priority releases and catalogue campaigns;

• Build strong DSP relationships, lead partner meetings and identify opportunities for collaboration;

• Secure editorial and promotional support through compelling pitches and consistent follow-up;

Who are we looking for?

• You have an HBO-level degree or higher;

• You have at least 2 years of experience in streaming, digital commerce or DSP account management within the music industry;

• You have independently managed DSP relationships and delivered successful streaming campaigns;

• You have strong knowledge of streaming and a passion for dance and electronic music;

• You are confident analysing performance data and presenting actionable recommendations;

• You have excellent communication skills and enjoy building strong relationships;

• You are highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently;

• You are fluent in written and spoken English;

• You are flexible with working hours and comfortable representing Armada at industry events.
