You will create 2D/3D drawings and system diagrams, perform calculations, and work with the lead engineer to align client requirements with applicable regulations. Collaboration with multiple disciplines and a pragmatic approach are essential for delivering robust ship designs.

Qualifications

• HBO/WO background or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering or marine technology.
• Relevant experience in mechanical engineering or marine technology.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with deadlines.
• Excellent English communication; Dutch is a bonus.
• Willingness to support and collaborate with peers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate mechanical systems onboard ships or floating structures.
• Create 2D/3D drawings and system diagrams; perform supporting calculations.
• Collaborate with lead engineer and other disciplines; potentially interface with clients.
