WijnSpijs B.V. in Haarlem is seeking a Production Coordinator to manage the end-to-end content workflow for our three markets. You will brief and book creators, coordinate deliveries, and ensure assets meet brand guidelines and publication standards.

You will report to the Marketing Lead, split time between the Haarlem office and home, and act as the gatekeeper for timelines, usage rights and asset credit across campaigns in the UK, Germany and the Netherlands.

Formación

• Two to four years in content production, creator or influencer coordination, or creative project coordination.
• Fluent in English and German. Dutch is a plus.
• Organised with multiple deadlines and many external contacts.
• Persistent, friendly follow-up to ensure assets arrive on time.
• Good judgement on content quality and suitability for each restaurant.

Responsabilidades

• Find, brief and book the creators, influencers, videographers and photographers behind our content.
• Get what each campaign needs from participating restaurants: footage, photography, logos, menus.
• Run the practical side: briefs, deadlines, deliverables, fees and invoices.
• Keep usage rights, permissions and credits straight, so we always know asset origins and credits.
• Keep trackers and the asset library organized in Notion and Google Drive for easy editor access.
• Coordinate handovers between creators, editors and the marketing team, and help publish approved content.
• In your first KPI meeting you and the Marketing Lead agree what good looks like: on-time deliverables, usable assets, and properly documented sources.
