Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Amsterdam-based role; hybrid work arrangement.
• Strong communication, presentation, and research abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential target investment companies.
• Research targets including financial modelling and market analysis.
• Prepare profiles, reports, and information memorandums for deals.
• Collaborate with senior team on origination activities.
• Assist in preparing historical and projected financial statements.
• Analyse financial implications of mergers and acquisitions.
• Conduct valuation analyses.
