Job summary

Corporate Finance International (CFI) is seeking an M&A Analyst in Amsterdam to support deal execution and advisory projects across Business Services, Software & IT Services, and Industrial Services. You will perform financial analyses, prepare information memoranda, and contribute to client presentations.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and interest in finance, strategy and business dynamics.
• Dutch and English communication (written and spoken).
• Structured and accurate way of working.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Experience in M&A, corporate finance, consultancy or similar.
• Experience with financial modelling or valuation.
• A relevant academic background.

Responsibilities

• Performing in-depth financial and market analyses and translating insights into clear recommendations.
• Supporting the preparation of information memoranda, pitch materials and client presentations.
• Working on valuations and financial models.
• Conducting sector research and benchmarking market developments.
• Supporting data room management and transaction processes.
• Assisting in client communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Monitoring progress, deadlines and deliverables within projects.
