Job summary

Morgan Black is seeking a Project Manager to drive IT development from conception to delivery in Amsterdam. You will work with developers, testers and stakeholders to shape requirements, plan milestones and ensure products are built on time and within budget.

The role requires strong communication, risk management and familiarity with Jira/Jira Plans in an agile setting. You will split work, monitor progress and report on status, with hybrid work and 60% in the Amsterdam office.

Qualifications

• Gathering and analysing stakeholder requirements and translating them into clear specifications.
• Proven experience managing and leading development processes within IT projects.
• Solid knowledge of IT technologies and experience gathering and defining requirements.
• Basic knowledge of security.
• Experience using Jira and Jira Plans for project management and progress tracking.
• Familiarity with agile or other project management methodologies.
• Experience with planning and resource management tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and translate them into clear specifications.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor the development process to meet project goals on time and within budget.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and risks during development.
• Keep developers, testers and stakeholders informed about project status and changes.
