Job summary

The HEINEKEN Company invites applications for an internship in Sustainable Production within Global Indirect Procurement, based at the Schiphol/Amsterdam office. You will support data modelling, dashboarding (Power BI) and AI experimentation to drive procurement excellence and sustainability goals.

Expect to work in a hybrid setup, engage with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to energy and water efficiency projects while gaining international experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Sustainability, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Science, or Business.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Power BI and Copilot.
• Curious about AI and its business applications; programming in SQL is a plus.
• Comfortable working in international, cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn with strong analytical mindset.
• Interest or experience in Procurement/Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Data Insights & Power BI Dashboarding: Maintain and enhance dashboards for energy and water performance and category tracking.
• AI Integration: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and develop AI prompts and tools.
• Procurement & Finance Support: Screen contracts, assist in financial analysis and integrate insights into dashboards.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with supply chain, procurement, and finance; support monthly/quarterly reviews.
