Job summary

HEINEKEN in Amsterdam offers a graduate internship in Digital Transformation within Global Procurement. The role is based in Schiphol and Amsterdam, starting February 1, 2027, for 5–6 months, full-time, with a hybrid work model.

You will plan, build, track and analyse AI use cases, support a digital adoption platform, create presentations and training materials, gather feedback, and generate KPI reports to show business value.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, track and analyse AI use cases across procurement and digital transformation teams.
• Support a digital adoption platform and collaborate with global colleagues to enhance user experience and effectiveness of AI tools.
• Develop presentations, reports and training materials (including videos) to communicate AI solutions.
• Gather user and stakeholder feedback to identify improvements and inform recommendations.
• Analyse project KPIs and generate reports to demonstrate business value delivery.
• Drive change management and communications across platforms.
