Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle in Amsterdam seeks an analytically strong supply chain professional to join the Global IBP team. Translate complex planning data into actionable insights and support global planning decisions for the Hard Candy portfolio.

You will collaborate with regional teams across 22 factories, prepare reports and dashboards, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders. This is a temporary assignment from November to April, with 32–40 hours per week in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain planning and S&OP environments.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong stakeholder management across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Manage global planning activities for the Hard Candy portfolio.
• Consolidate planning data and translate findings into insights.
• Analyze demand trends vs manufacturing capacity across 22 factories.
• Support monthly S&OP with analyses, recommendations, and presentations.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regional planning teams across geographies.
• Identify risks and opportunities to support global planning decisions.
