Qualifications

• Experience in accounting, reporting or financial governance.
• Knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP (Netherlands and/or Belgium).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Manage statutory and group financial reporting for the Netherlands and Belgium entities.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards.
• Monitor balance sheet and P&L accuracy, controlling reconciliations.
• Coordinate external and internal audits.
• Support process improvements and digital finance initiatives.
