Job summary

A leading synthetic rubber producer in the Netherlands is looking for a Financial Compliance and Reporting Specialist to be the central contact for accounting topics and advise on GAAP interpretation. The role includes preparing financial statements, integrating new business processes, and leading projects to optimize reporting functions. The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and is fluent in English. This position offers a hybrid work model enhancing work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–6 years professional experience in Corporate Accounting or Audit, preferably in an international environment.
• Deep and broad knowledge of reporting and accounting principles (IFRS).
• Experience in accounting topics such as pensions, tax or lease is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to improve accounting and reporting processes.
• Advise Group management on complex accounting topics.
• Prepare and present quarterly management reports.
