Job summary

Michael Page partners with a large international industrial organisation to shape its Data & AI strategy and deliver real business impact beyond dashboards. You will own the enterprise data platform vision, drive adoption of analytics, and strengthen governance to unlock long-term value across the business.

The role collaborates with senior leaders, IT, data specialists, and external partners to translate requirements into scalable capabilities and build a data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data, analytics, digital transformation, or adoption programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms, roadmap development, or product ownership.
• Knowledge of data governance, quality management, metadata, and data ownership.
• Understanding of how strong data foundations enable successful AI initiatives.
• Experience with Power BI and modern platforms such as Microsoft Fabric or Databricks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the vision and roadmap for the enterprise data platform.
• Drive adoption of data, analytics, and data-driven decision making across the business.
• Improve data governance, data quality, ownership, and standardisation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable data and AI capabilities.
