Job summary

Swydo is a Dutch SaaS scale-up located in Hilversum, next to the train station. We’re seeking a Creative Designer to shape and maintain Swydo’s visual identity across product and marketing channels.

This hands-on, cross-functional role collaborates with Product Marketing, Growth, SEO, Customer Support and Sales Enablement to turn ideas into engaging visual assets, including social posts, banners, animations, and UI visuals.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic or creative design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, colour, and composition.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, Sketch, Procreate, or similar tools.
• Experience with illustration, infographics, animation, and basic video production.
• Creative, proactive, and hands-on mindset; you bring ideas and make them happen.
• Portfolio showing your creative thinking and visual skills.

Responsibilities

• Create weekly visual content with our Marketers, turning provided copy and ideas into assets for social media, blogs, newsletters, emails, changelog updates, and other channels.
• Design creative assets such as social posts, carousels, banners, infographics, illustrations, and animations.
• Create and edit short-form videos, product videos, and motion graphics.
• Design website and digital assets for campaigns and other initiatives.
• Create product and UI visuals, including icons, logos, in-app illustrations, empty states, loading states, reporting templates, and other product assets.
• Support teams across Swydo with presentations, sales materials, event assets, and other creative projects.
• Maintain and develop Swydo’s visual identity while bringing fresh ideas and new creative approaches.

Skills

2-4 years experience in graphic design

Strong typography/layout understanding

Proactive hands-on mindset

Portfolio showcasing visual skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
