Job summary

Seiko Epson Corporation seeks an experienced Cloud Operations Lead to oversee the stability, security, and performance of Epson Europe’s cloud and on-premises infrastructure. You will lead a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and partner with stakeholders and external vendors to deliver reliable IT services in a hybrid environment.

You will manage Azure environments, on-premises systems, and cloud migrations, while developing automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python, Azure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; cloud operations training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cloud Operations team and coordinate incident, problem, and service request management.
• Oversee Azure, on-premises infrastructure and hybrid environments; ensure security and stability.
• Develop IaC with Terraform and Azure Bicep/ARM; manage Azure Landing Zones and governance.
• Maintain backups, DR processes, and platform stability including patching and monitoring.
• Respond to incidents within SLAs and drive improvements to reduce recurring issues.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Security, Applications, and Service Desk teams to align with business needs.
