Job summary

Philips in Amsterdam is seeking an AI Solutions Manager for Grooming and Beauty. You will translate business challenges into usable AI prototypes, design build-ready solutions, and collaborate with SCOPE, IT, data and other specialists to move ideas to measurable value.

Hybrid working is supported. This role is based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, with a base salary range to be determined by internal equity and local market considerations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on AI, automation, or data analytics experience.
• Experience turning business problems into usable AI solutions.
• Ability to work across strategy, portfolio, marketing, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities where AI, automation or analytics add value.
• Translate challenges into use cases, data needs and technical requirements.
• Build rapid prototypes and proofs of concept; test with users.
• Design build-ready solutions covering workflows, data, interfaces and controls.
• Bridge prototype to production and support adoption without owning final build.
