Diligent, a leader in AI-powered governance, risk and compliance software, seeks a Software Engineer I to help build our next‑gen SaaS platform. You’ll work with TypeScript in a serverless AWS setup, deliver secure microservices, and contribute to end‑to‑end development from coding to deployment.

You’ll join a team that values curiosity, rapid learning, and responsible use of AI tools to improve development workflows and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years hands-on software development in an agile environment.
• Familiar with core AI concepts and terminology (ML, LLMs, generative AI).
• Knowledge of AI-powered coding tools and how to review outputs.
• Experience with Node.js/TypeScript and building RESTful APIs.

Responsabilités

• Deliver technical contributions on early-career tasks with growing autonomy.
• Own smaller user stories independently; partner with senior engineers on more complex projects.
• Demonstrate curiosity and a growth mindset around AI and related tools.
• Follow engineering best practices (code quality, testing, CI/CD) and contribute to a healthy team flow.
• Use AI tools to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, research, and code reviews, with careful validation.
