Job summary

Prysmian Group's HRL department in Delft seeks an HRL jointer to assemble test set-ups and support engineers with delegated tasks. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and team collaboration in a high-voltage testing environment.

You will manage tools and stock, ensure compliance with drawings and regulations, and contribute to continuous improvement of assembly quality and efficiency. A professional school education and safety certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Dutch or English is required.
• Formal education at professional school level.
• Forklift license and first aid certifications preferred.
• Careful, professional attitude and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Assemble test set-ups as part of a team and/or external contractors.
• Check tools and components before assembly and handle them with care.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, drawings and technical specs prior to assembly.
• Report defects, deviations, or inability to meet quality and safety requirements.
• Record assembly data accurately and pass to HRL coordinator promptly.
• Maintain order and cleanliness of the working environment and manage waste.
• Complete trainings and earn necessary safety certifications.
• Perform tasks delegated by HRL coordinator and HRL engineers.
