Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an HR Business Partner to advise senior leaders across Europe and deliver strategic and hands-on HR support throughout the employee lifecycle. You will partner with leadership to build organisational capability, support growth, and drive workforce planning while ensuring compliance with local labour laws.

This role requires fluency in English, German and French, plus experience with Works Councils and HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• HR Business Partner experience across multiple European countries.
• Strong knowledge of European labour law and employee relations frameworks.
• Experience with Works Councils or employee representation bodies.
• Fluency in English, German and French.
