Job summary

Skytree, a cleantech startup in Amsterdam, offers an HR & People Operations Internship to learn across onboarding, recruitment, office operations, and HR tooling. You’ll work in a dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in a scaling tech environment.

The role focuses on developing skills in HR operations, talent acquisition, and process improvements, with exposure to automation and AI tools. The internship runs 6–9 months, full-time, based in The Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Recently graduated or currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable handling administrative tasks while staying curious about the bigger picture.
• Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Operations & Administration tasks including onboarding/offboarding and data management.
• Manage recruitment process from proposals to hiring.
• Assist in office & workplace operations and vendor coordination.
• Explore HR systems (HRIS, ATS) and look for process improvements including automation/AI.
